By default, websites delivered as part of an ongoing service remain hosted and managed by LaunchGrowth.

Where offered, clients may have the option to purchase a website buyout.
Buyout terms, pricing, and scope are defined in the service agreement provided at the time of sale.

Any logos, branding, or content supplied by the client remain the property of the client.

7. Messaging & Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive communications from LaunchGrowth, including:

Appointment confirmations

Service updates

Follow-ups

Educational or promotional messages

Message frequency varies depending on usage.

8. SMS & Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party carriers or network issues.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
